Ticket Purchasing Instructions:
If you would like to purchase Auction tickets, please fill in the red form box below.
Tickets cost $55 each. Or $50 per person if you fill a table of 8. Please deposit the relevant amount into 01 0913 0118097 00, using 'Auction' as the REFERENCE and your last name as the PARTICULARS.
